CT Carpet One is an outstanding store. We were looking to replace builder grade carpet (8 years old) in our family room. CT Carpet One: Jeff & Jan provided an overall great experience, from selecting carpet, explaining the differences in levels, i.e. Premium, padding, etc. The installation crew were professional and very efficient, took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. From old carpet removal to correcting some previous installer mistakes, impressive. They installed the new carpet and padding, did several quality checks, cleaned up all, and disposed of old carpeting.
